Court approves Suzuki’s bankruptcy plan.

Suzuki has won acceptance for its chapter 11 plan to stop promoting vehicles in the US while instead on the organization's power-sports products.  A judge in the Central District of California has approved American Suzuki Motor Corporation’s Chapter 11 plan  after the company's creditors agreed to the conditions.

Suzuki will now sell its motorcycle, ATV and marine divisions under the Suzuki name. The new company will be completely possessed by Suzuki motor Company.

The company says it will now be able to develop its power-sports business here. The company will also provide auto parts and service to current Suzuki owners.
